I think that Mike’s attempts in #6848 are closer to my ideal than any other. Let’s work on this design to make it acceptable. Please move buildings together and make building in the middle lower and wider than other buildings, similar to #7011. Use grey / black colours for these buildings in the way similar to #6847. Frame buildings around in the manner similar to #6678. Spread one word “DEALMAKERS” in uppercase letters evenly under the frame in a modern, easily readable font. Make “DEAL” in black colour and “MAKERS” in grey colour but striped in the manner similar to letters D and M in #6848. Put “Realty Inc., Brokerage” spread out evenly under the word “DEALMAKERS”. Thank you.
NO MORE TIES AND ROOFLINES, PLEASE LOOK UP THE IMAGE SHOWN IN THE BRIEF! JUST REMOVE THE CRESCENT UNDER THE BUILDUNGS and here is the image and style I like. Could you please try to somehow incorporate this or similar image into the logo? Is it possible to stylize Letters D and m in Dealmakers in a manner similar to the buildings in the image attached? Thank you
Dear diggers! Let drop any idea of any tie!In #6101 I like innovative but yet well readable writing of word "Dealmakers". Could you please try it in blue and black and also light and dark blue colours? Under "Dealmakers", please put "Realty Inc., Brokerage". And try to somehow distinguish between"Deal" and "makers'Has to be easy to read, simple and stylish. Thank you.
I don’t like ANY design that is made of only one letter D. Could anyone try to make a CLASSY logo that is spelled out word “Dealmakers” in deep blue colour where letter M is stylized as a BLACK BOW TIE? Under the word “Dealmakers” please put “Realty Inc., Brokerage”. Any other STYLISH ideas are welcome. Thank you.
Title
Dealmakers Realty Inc., Brokerage
Design Requirments
I need logo designed for a new real estate company, Dealmakers Realty Inc., Brokerage. Firstly, logo must look classy and radiate sense of professionalism and competence and I'd like to see it achieved through rather simple, not overly sophisticated design. Secondly, the colour gamma used in the logo has to be stylish and will be used in future websites, business cards, letterheads, post cards, flyers, brochures etc. and will somehow define all of them. I think combination of only 2 to 3 colours would work. Personally, I like blend of blue or deep blue, white and black, but it's only a suggestion, there might be classier colour combinations. To be honest, I can't quite clearly visualize it myself and leave it to professionals. The winning logo design has to be delivered in following file formats along with logo ownership rights: 1. Original graphic file— The original Illustrator, Photoshop, or other program-native document. 2. "Outlined" original format file - in all file types listed below. 3. Tiff file (CMYKColour) - 300 dpi high resolution. 4. JPG files (3 sizes = Normal, Medium and Small) - 300dpi. 5. JPG file (Grayscale) - 300dpi. 6. PSD file (RGBColour) - 300 dpi. 7. EPS file (CMYKColour). 8. AI file (CMYKColour). 9. Gif file (RGBColour) - 72 dpi. 10. PNG file (RGBColour) - 72 dpi. 11. PDF file Please submit your ideas and I'll be glad to give feedback. Thank you.
